So I wandered into a Trek store today. The Trek 3900 was the bike that brought me back to cycling in 2005.
I don't need another bike - I don't use the two I have nearly enough as it is. That said, I found myself thinking a hardtail would be nice to have now that spring is on the way. There are a few trails nearby that would be fun to do.
I'm wondering if anyone has experience with and would offer opinions on the Trek 4500, a modestly priced ($800?) bike with front suspension and disc brakes.
