It's been a while now since I scored my Trek 4000 outta the trash so I knew I was due.

I got a crappy bike with some GT pedals and a low-end Shimano wheelset (Acera/Altus/Alivio hubs)!

Pedals are already on the KHS. Glad I had adapters around the house.

It's stories like this that make life worth living. The cool crap is when you get enough free parts to build some skanky looking Frankenbike...and then you find out that it's really freakin' fast!
