I have a line on some Stingray parts. All I know so far is they are mid 70's boys Schwinn stingrays, 3 frames 3 cranks 3 forks 1 springer fork fenders handle bars. I am told I could possibly build 2 bikes with the parts in this group. I do not know if there is any more or the condition yet.

I know it may be preliminary, but what would a group of parts as described possibly be worth? Assuming fair to good condition?

Here in Seattle a 5 speed stingray in nice shape, complete is about $350-$450.

Not enough information to advise you yet. Sting Rays had basically three frame types, Junior, the full sized frame for coaster brakes and the last with a different rear seat stay bridge that could accept a caliper brake.

If the fork was from the mid 70's then it would be a fork most likely for a krate bike. easiest way to tell would be the hole for the front drum brake rotation stop.

Cranks came in a number of lengths depending on the model, and the same with chainrings.
