Foo - What did you have for lunch today?

I had a rather yummy Tuna Unwich with a pickle cut in quarters from Jimmy Johns with a Dannon Light and Fit Banana and Strawberry yogurt. I'm trying to make an honest effort to eat healthy.
So, what did you have?
Dry mustard rub venison tenderloin, mashed potatoes with skin left on, blackeyed peas with tomato chutney, iced tea with a pinch of baking soda, mint, and lemon.

Homemade ham and bean soup with french bread with a generous amount of butter followed by strawberry pie with a cup of Autocrat tea.

I made a potato salad and grilled chicken.
Absolutely iced tea with baking soda.
It smoothes out the tannins and makes it all silky.
I know it sounds odd but try it and you'll never go back (a pinch in the pitcher is all you need--oh and it has to be real home brewed iced tea, not that bottled fake stuff).

+1 for the baking soda in ice tea. It really makes the tea smooth.
I had my family over for lunch today. I made shrimp & brie quesadillas with mango salsa, and teriyaki salmon. It was good.

I work nights, so lunch was at dinner time. I snuck past the doggies at my aunts house, popped into the kitchen, and they were having persian for dinner. There was already a plate waiting for me at the table. How did they know I would sneak in?

:( Huge bowl of Pho - Yummy - and now I'm rather ready to finish Couch's B-Day dinner of corned beef and cabbage - I think I'm going to slow things down, shut things off till about 6 pm. kinda ... stuffed :)
