Anyone have the 'Anvil' or similar branded / quality of jigs to weld disc tabs on forks and frames?

Would love to rent it! (pay through paypal). Help you defray some cost of ownership. I have 3 frames and 3 frames only, that need welding.

Drop me a line.

Most of the builders I know wouldn't lend or rent a fixture to a stranger at any price short of the total replacement cost. You might see if there's a builder within driving distance, and see if you can promote some kind of deal whereby you could go to his place and do the job there.

Agreed. Decided to do the work myself. $100 or so for the jig, is about the cost for a builder to do 2 forks. After I posted the request, I realized I should just buy it and be done with it.
