Hi folks. I'm confused on a few things regarding the install (Centaur carbon crank).
1. BB cups- Grease or no grease? Loctite 222? If grease is the answer, how tight?
2. Crank bolt- How tight? (I have a socket wrench with 10mm hex)

Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

Take a look at the campagnolo website. They have a page where you can access tech documents with the details for installing components. There are PDF document copies of the paperwork that normally accompanies a component in its packaging.

+1. When all else fails, try reading the instructions. :) BTW, where did you get the crank and bb cups that they didn't come with the installation sheet?

I bought them on Ebay slightly used. Thanks for the advice. It seems there is conflicting advice regarding Loctite. I'm still trying to find the definitive answer.

Conflicting advice?

What does the manufacture spec for assembly? I would err towards what the manufacturer recommends unless you know from experience that you can/should deviate. This helps cut through the conflict.

Your best bet is to look at the campy sit for tech docs as others have stated

campy tech docs (http://www.campagnolo.com/jsp/en/doc/doccatid_4.jsp)

All my cranks came with some form of thread lock with on the bottom bracket threads but what equivalent in loctite, I have no idea.

also read the warnings on the pedal thread size in the installation directions since there have been some carbon cranks that have a problem with the pedal sleeve coming loose.
