has anyone used this?

this just happens to be what the place i work at carries (so i can get it cheaper). i'm gonna try it out tomorrow, but has anyone used this or have some opinion based on the nutrition facts? it doesn't have any sodium, and i'm wondering if that's an issue?

That certainly sounds like a crock to me. The primary electrolyte that needs to be replaced due to workout/sweat-loss is sodium. The only purpose I can see for this is for people who are consuming a ton of salt anyway. And even for them it would probably have little use.
