Cyclocross - Motobecane Fantom Cross Uno sizing - is geom. chart accurate?

I'm looking at buying BD's Motobecane Fantom Cross Uno but have run across a number of posts (here and elsewhere) that indicate the geometry charts are wrong. Most of these comments indicate that the bikes run smaller than is indicated.

If I go by the chart I'm right between the 61cm and 64cm frames. My standover clearance is about 36", top tube on either is OK. I like bars to be nearer seat height and so am interested in the bigger frame (64) but am concerned that the listed S.O. for the frame - 35.5" - is a little tight. Does anyone have one of these frames? If so - can you confirm the geometry? Planning on running 32's most of the time.

Thanks for any input.

Don't know if this helps, but I just bought a Motobecane Mirage in the 61cm frame size, and it's perfect for me - I also have a 36" standover clearance. The top tube is a little long, though, and I'm thinking about retrofitting a shorter stem.
