Training & Nutrition - how to train with a broken bike

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I am waiting on a new fork to come, as mine blew up last week. I was wondering what types of exercises would be good to get in shape for the season ahead, not having a bike.
I assume spinning would help a bit, but it sucks so bad
any other suggestions?

Core exercises and cardio are always good.
And buy a couple more bikes. Remember Rule #12.

Pushups, crunches, chinups, sprint intervals, preferably up a hill, running the stairs at the football stadium, rowing, etc.
