being a bit of a tart, i wanted to follow the colour scheme of my new bikes, so cut off the existing black rubber grip, and slid on the remainder of the handlebar grip.
few minutes in hot water to soften, then slide on, not easy, but do-able !
one needed some glue, the other did'nt, different types of twist sleeve.
