well not all cars I hope! Can we keep the ambulances, modded Jeeps, military vehicles, and bulletproof VIP cars (i.e Presidential)? Other than that yah wish there were almost no cars. Wait how would the elderly get around? Dad had cancer and I know he still can't bike to work.

Wait how would the elderly get around?

That's a good question. I often hope that they aren't forced to continue driving when they are clearly incapacitated. You'd hope that a civilized society would offer some form of public transportation... or a good taxi service. You'd also think that caring children would help the elderly out.. bringing groceries and helping with errands.

Limit cars because I love to travel and when I travel its to bike different places such as the smomky mountains which I am looking at out my hotel window wishing it wasn't raining.

In this world there is no need for cars. Maybe trains to the next city structure. Actually they were originally thinking of helicopters.

Surrounded by farms and wilderness why does one need to go places. Especially if it is all a radioactive wasteland. But maybe we will evolve some kind of intelligence before it gets that bad.
