RX6 mini-v with RL520 levers, anybody try this combo? also are there brake levers (not the aero kind, the light horizontal kind) designed for linear pull brakes. (besides mountain bike brakes of course)

I'll be mounting these on a drop bar cross/road bike

Paul cross levers have interchangeable pivots for long or short pull:

I used a pair of RL520 levers on a bike and really disliked them. The hoods were uncomfortable and the levers shaped funny too. OTOH other people use them and seem to like them just fine.
