In case anyone missed the news, and is looking for something cool to do on bikes in the largest cities on the west coast this weekend, Ciclovias Sunday April 10 in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

car free streets this weekend in SF, LA (http://www.californiastreets.org/2011/04/13-miles-of-car-free-streets-this-weekend-in-los-angeles-san-francisco/)
The LA one should be most amazing. SF is already pretty bikeable, but still a heck of a lot of fun.
This weekends event goes from the golden gate bridge to the zoo? or something like that. LAs follows last years route i believe, with more planned in for LA, SF and other California cities this summer.
