I have a 2 month old Kenesis Carbon Fiber fork and it's starting to look hazy or cloudy.
Is there any way to get rid of this?

Clean it with simple green and then wipe with a clean rag. If this doesn't work then I would think there is something off with the paints clear coat.

Is it dirty? as mine looks like cloudy after a wet ride. If not, as nwbikeman, probably a cosmetic issue with the clear coat, photos would be nice.
As only 2 months old, would take back to the LBS / dealer you got it from for warranty replacement if cosmetic.

It isn't dirty. The clearcoat Has a thin white cloudy spot on it.

Ok, so what does the shop you bought it from say?

I just remembered that the milky haze appeared after I used carnuba wax for cars. I tried wiping it off with soap and water and it doesn't work. I unfortunately ordered on bikesdirect.com

Using products for cars can produce undesired effects when using on bike components, the wax would never have been designed for use with carbon fibre. would take this effect to be cosmetic, and live with it.
I used Novus #2 plastic scratch remover polish with great success on an old carbon seatpost. Went from dull to shiny.
The clear coat on carbon fiber can be very sensitive to organic solvents and other chemicals. Odds are it reacted with the solvent, or even the wax itself, when you waxed it. If the damage is only at the surface you might be able to polish it out, but I'd leave bad enough alone and ask Kinesis (not the dealer who's likely not to know and guess) if there's any way to restore the clarity without causing other problems.
