He is wanted by the FBI for robbing a bank in Portola Valley on Monday morning, apparently while wearing a high visibility bicycling jacket and black tights.

Funny.. I saw the SMco Sheriff responding to this call while driving to work... He came flying down 280SB and exited Alpine, at around 9:20am that day. I was actually worried it was a cycling accident, since there isn't much going on around Portola Valley (and it was a nice day).
