Hi C&V ers

I don't get over here much anymore. I'm about to pick up a touring frame I just found for sale. Owner is not sure exactly what it is. Its an 80's Schwinn with Cantilever Brake Bosses and 700c wheels. Fame has been repainted but headtube badge is still intact. Can anyone shed some light on this bike's history?

K I figured it out.

I bought the frame. Got a handful of parts for the build. Turns out my suspicions were correct. She's an old Hybrid with a new lease on life. She was painted by a reputable local guy and looks reallly nice. Anyway browsing through some threads and I figured it out. Its a 1991 Schwinn Criss Cross http://www.trfindley.com/flschwinn_1991_2000/1991_16.html She'll be a very different bike soon. Bars and Crankset from an '85 Traveller, 105/open sport 6 speed rear, I think she'll be a neat touring/utility bike.
