Wondering if anyone can give me some guidance with sizing on the timeline. I'm a little over 5'10" with a 32" inseam. I'm thinking a 56 would fit but a little guidance would be helpful. My current bike is a hybrid so I don't think the sizing on that would really translate. Thanks in a advance.

We seem to be about the same size, and I have both a 56 and 55cm bikes both fit me pretty well. I have also ridden a 57 which was just a smidge to big.

That really isn't enough information.
Everyone's going to tell you that everyone's body is different.
Either get fitted, or ride friends' bikes and ignore the size. Measure the actual top tube length, seat/headtube angles..
I'm about 6' and a 56 is perfect for me but I have a longer torso so I make adjustments

^ Good info.

Though measuring the angles of ht/st is not as important as the lengths.

I'd love to try out some friends bikes, but I don't have any friends that ride. I've also gone to four or five bike shops, but the places around me seem to have nothing but hybrids, mtb's and super spendy road bikes. I'd feel like a heel asking to get fitted when none of the bikes they have interest me.
