I see that the Sirrus Expert Comes with linear pull brakes, does anyone know if Road caliper brakes can be mounted?

From the look of the frame and forks, it look doubtful, the forks have a hole, but this is for light mounting, and the rear does not look to have any hole.
If fitting calipers, then new brake levers would also be needed, there is nothing wrong with linar pull (v-brakes), would it not be simpler to use them, or get a different bike designed for calipers, rather than attempt to fit them (the brakes) to somthing they are not designed for.
