I am moving up in the world of bicycle parts and upgrading all my spindle BBs to cartriges.
Just about to donate this SR spindle BB from my Raleigh Olympian to my local co-op. Just wanted to ask if any of this stuff is compatable with standard cartrige BBs, like the plastic protector or the lock ring?
