Oxymoron

There always seems to be someone who is looking for accessories etc. People respond by saying "I saw this at this site, etc." through hours of searching I have found many good sites for stuff: Performance Bike, Bike Nashbar, Arkell panniers, amny other good pannier sites, one for Wald wire baskets--there are too many to mention.
If I had had a list of the dozens of good sites out there when I had started it would have saved me much time. Since there are always new people coming in and looking for the same types of advice it would be easier to point them in one direction than to have to have everyone respond listing their favorites. How would this be possible though without commercializing Bike Forums? It was just an idea, but I would like to know what others think.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
