I picked this frame up at the St. Louis Bicycle Works a few months ago. They say it is a Motobecane. I have looked thru several Moto catalogs and cannot find anything that matches the multi colored decal on the seat tube. At the top of the seat tube there are stickers that say "Made in France" and "Hand Made". Dropouts are Simplex, Downtube has a Reynolds 531 decal. Cable guide on seatpost binder is labeled Mafac/Depose. I cannot find any serial numbers on the frame.
