Planning a weekend ride to Lytle Creek. Not sure if it connects to Lone Pine and if Lone Pine is even ridable, if it is, does it connect nicely with 138 ??

Anyone ever do this ride ? Would like to take the 138 down to the 18 and back home through San Bernandino, maybe rt 66..

Thanks again!

Lytle creek road turns to dirt at the shooting range. There are a few dirt roads that do connect. They have lots of rocks. And 4x4 traffic.

Thanks Rumpled! Looks like I'll have to face my much dreaded 15 freeway if I want to ride the 138! :(
