I was 25 miles into a ride and visually noticed a wobble in the rear wheel. This is what it looks like.

It has about 3000 miles, 2500 over chip seal. I weigh 190lbs.

Can't take it to the store where I bought because I live in another state now. Is a high-end road bike shop (like Davis Wheelworks in Davis CA) the only place I can have this wheel fixed?

Would suggest any bike shop that sells Mavic should be able to get spares, and if they can build wheels, than can fix.

Concern would be what is the condition of the other spokes, and also what is the condition of the braking surface, both these would need to be determined before deciding if viable to repair. 3000 miles can do little damage if dry miles, or massive if ridden in wet, and the braking surface has been worn down.
