i paid 200 for a bike, and someone is offering this as a straight trade. yay or nay?

Depends where you live, around here that bike is not worth $200. Entry level and needs some work. Peugeot catalogs are on line.

If I rehabbed it with fresh grease, tubes, tires etc and a thorough cleaning I'd ask around $200.00 for it.

What's the bike you have that they want? Peugeots like that may be entry level but they're well built and ride like a dream.

i have a haro backtrail x24. i have an offer for this bike, and more recently an offer for 200 bucks cash. i think the cash may be a better idea if this bike is only worth 200 with new rubber. is supposedly needs a new back tube.
