Join us for the City of Glendora's Earth Day Community Ride this Saturday, April 30th. Ride begins at 9:00am with an 8 mile community-scenic loop or take the Glendora Mountain Road Hill Climb Challenge (try one mile or go all the way). Preview the beast stage of the Tour of California coming to Glendora in May! There is also a 1K Family Fun Ride! The City's Police Department will escorting the ride including the GMR Hillclimb. After the ride, join the Earth Day Festival including a bike expo and a Kid Bike Skills Course! FREE Bike Valet Parking is available. Ride is FREE to all! Hope to see you there!

Sounds good to me Alice! Breathless Agony is the following weekend so GMR/GRR/Ski Lifts would be a good training ride.

Actually Alice, If you ride up GMR/GRR fast enough, and esp. the ski lifts, it feels like working.
So, a day on the bike with 7,000 ft. of climbing may feel like work, but still be all kinds of fun! Best of both worlds!
