I really like the way the bars and the integrated rear rack work in the overall effect. This looks to be a really comfortable and practical custom bike. Sharp.

Is the rack one-piece, or does the chrome section adjust?

chrome section adjusts, it started life as this a few of my friends were fooled into thinking it was a high end cruiser

its great the wheels are aluminum so the bike isnt as heavy i might switch the chainring to a 30t this weekend to make it a little easier on my knees

I don't mean to pick Sled, but have you considered vinyl-dying the seat to complete the look?

I just put a checkerboard pattern on a toolbox (http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l156/Wordbiker/IMAG0402.jpg) with dye, and no doubt with your skills, you'd do an even better job.
