I have an opportunity to buy this bike from a one-owner ... she says it has only been ridden a handful of times and the bike looks like it ... it's cherry. My research shows that this bike sold for about $700 new ... they don't make this exact model anymore but the closest thing to it sells for $940 in the 2011 version.
I don't know much about used bike prices ... is this a fair price? Offer less? Better off doing something else?
I'm looking for a good quality used bike for both my wife and daughter ... trying to get them into mountain biking ... my son and I are hooked.
