I saw this Craigslist ad and was wondering if this was a decent deal? My girlfriend is in the market for a cruiser and I'm trying to convince her to buy a used bike over a new Wal-Mart bike.

I'm not too knowledgeable of bikes myself, so any pointers/tips/recommendations whatever are welcome. Her max budget is $300, but she'd rather not spend over $200... if that's possible.
