How do you post a smilie or other image in a title. I notice that a few people do that but have not been able to figure out how.

Look at "Go Advanced", you should see some forums have these icons available.

It was that way as long as I can remember....
I inherited them that way and just never changed anything in that respect.

Can it be changed? I have wondered before why some forums had smilies and some didn't.
