I need help identifying a frame. Features Columbus dropouts. Another interesting feature is the 6, yes six, water bottle bosses. It looks like the original color was a Teal or Turquoise. The serial number is only four digits long '0025'. Its somebody's 25th frame. Just dont know who. Any help is appreciated.

Your pics show almost none of the really relevant frame details - headlug area, seat cluster, BB shell detail, brake bridge, dropout transitions, fork crown (if there's a fork), etc.

Wow! Thanks! Now that the paint job joke is out of the way...........:roflmao2:

By the way this was not my paint job. The ideal is to paint it to the correct color.

I am not sure what it is but I think the bottom two bosse on the DT and ST are for a carrying handle.

What does a carrying handle look like? Do you have a pic?

no I do not. I would suspect it is a leather or canvas strap. I have a Bianchis with extra bosses, on on the ST like yours and one of the drive side of the DT. the catalogue says they are for a carrying handle. at one shop I worked at we had these nylon web straps lying around and no one knew what they were for. they were about 12" long with brass eyelets in each end. I suspect these were the straps from some Bianchi cross bikes they had sold.
