Im looking at a couple of bikes and thinking of buying one. I wanted to get your opinions on them, since im not really an expert as far as their value.
The first:

I think its a Raleigh Olympian. I feel like the asking price is a little much and im hoping to talk them down.

Im about 5' 5' so I think the frame of this one might be too small for me (23in). Im double checking with them to make sure its right cause that seems pretty tiny.
