Maybe this should be in Mechanics, but the bike is a '84 - '85 Bridgestone MB-2 and you folks in C&V seem to be on top of this kind of stuff.
I put SKS P65 fenders over Schwalbe Big Apples (26 x 2.3), but the fenders are pinched a bit where they go through the fork. I want to remove a few (a couple of) millimeters of the fender material that's touching the fork to get a better fit and line. My question: What would be the best tool for this job? A grinding or sanding bit in a dremel tool? A hand file? I've never worked on "chromoplastic", so I'm just seeking advice so's I don't do something Ill regret.
