Hoping someone has some guidance for me. I have a mountain bike with disc brakes and I hear a noise in the front wheel axle area it seems like about once per revolution. The noise is almost like friction or some sort of rubbing. Could this be something with the disc brakes or maybe wheel bearings? Thanks.

Probably the bearings need to be adjusted and regreased. It could also be the disc brake rotor rubbing on something.
