New chainrings, cassette, chain, but there is still NOISE from my drivetrain! :(

Sram Rival chainrings, Sram Force cassette, Sram Force RD, KMC X10SL chain.

I'm using Rock Lube Absolute Dry. It was noisier with the old parts, quieter now but not silent like my Shimano drivetrain. I can't imagine it's the lube causing the noise as I use it on other bikes as well.

Shifting is fine, and the RD alignment looks good. The noise seems to be emanating from the bottom pulleys engaging the chain, but the pulley does not look worn out. The RD has only about a 1k miles on it.

Apart from an incredibly noisy freebub, didn't sound too bad, the rear mech may need a tiny tweek at the low gear end, but didn't see it hopping.

Would be worth checking the chain length, as that seemed to have a lot of give in it.

If the pulley wheels are making a lot of the noise, what about replacing with Ceramic bearing ones?

Maybe your B-Screw adjustment is set too low.

the reason why many derailers use plastic pulleys is that they are quiet. yours may be metal... you might check.

if not, it's still not bad, maybe you are obsessing? and remember bikes on bike stands, under no load don't sound the same as those under load.

BTW your chainline and RD cage look to be in better alignment than mine! maybe a few hundred miles (and a little dirt and filth) will help?

I just finished lubing my bike with a well known "ice" lube. Noisy noisy noisy. I put on some Phil Wood tenacious oil (and wiped the outer chain carefully) and it became nice and quiet. You might try a thicker, more lubricating oil as an easy step. I also wonder about the chain itself. Try an sram chain?

+1 on the SRAM Chain. Have you tries spinning the pulley without the chain on the bike? Can you isolate the noise to the bottom pulley?

Thanks for the replies, I think it may be the lube, the weather is getting cold here (Australia) the Rock Lube seems to be to solidifying(?), gonna get some Prolink lube and see what it does.
