all the info I have is this small snippet from craigslist. anyone have a clue?

Vintage used Flandria road bike, decent shape.

Flandria did make top end bikes (Roger and Eric de Vlaeminck, Rik Van Looy, Freddy Maertens, Walter Godefroot, Michel Pollentier, Eric Leman, Joop Zoetemelk and Jean-Pierre Monseré all rode for the Flandria team) from 1955 to 1980. The components on this one look, as far as I can see, quite cheap.
I would check it out if not too far away.

I wouldn't assume that the riders you named were all on Flandria bikes. In particular, Maertens was sufficiently moved by the disappointing quality of the Flandria bikes he was given that he had frames built by De Rosa and sneaked them into the Flandria factory to be dolled up in the team livery:
