I'm trying to figure out what bike these forks are from.
They came in a parts lot of 70/80s used and NOS parts.
Has anyone seen this logo before?
The imprint on the steerer tube says "panda tandem pista" so it may
be obvious to suggest they are for a tandem but
they are not drilled for brakes? Track forks of some sort?
I tried a 700c wheel with a 23c tyre and it rubbed,
you might get a 19c tubular in there but it'd be tight.
Any ideas of bike/date/wheel size?

I would imagine it came from a track tandem. the crown logo looks more like a ram though

not exactly this one though

Round fork blades and no brake hole would indicate a track fork.
And my guess is its made for a realllly low clearance 700x19mm tire
Very interested to see what you find. (A matching frame would be nice)
