Bicycle Mechanics - Cannondale chainring offset with isis bb

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I have a cannondale sport 800/triple with isis/truvativ set-up. The problem is the cross chain condition that exhists with the stock 118 mm bb. This places the chainrings too far out which causes a severe cross chain situation under all but higher speed riding (52/12-17). A 113 bb bracket would help but will it fit on my bike and has anyone addressed this problem? (other than a switch to a double) Thanks for any suggestions!

Check the FD to be sure it can also move in further to be able to shift to the smll ring.
