Presently I have the initial tires 37x622
I would like to go down to 32 or 35 size //I believe 622 is the ISO size and it would be probably 700c> would a 32 or 35 fit my rim?

622 is the diameter, which yes, makes it a 700c. Other number is the width.
More than likely you can go to 32 with no issues. Probably even 28 if you desired.

width of the rim ... tire should not be narrower than the rim...
If you have the Mavic A315 rims that came stock on my wife's T800 you can go down to 28mm.
I have a 2003 T800 with Mavic T224 rims and they say you can go from 28mm to 37mm. I am very happy with the Continental 37mm tires.
