im gettin some new pegs and i was lookin at the dk firestarters. i want some really light pegs are there any that are lighter than the firestarters?(someone told me they are light cos they are titanium;which is light). and do they really spark heaps when ya grind?

Yes, they spark a lot, and yes, they are light. However, they will not last very long if you ride street; if you do, try getting Animal Lights.

thanx ill get the animal ones the firestarters arent cheap so if they aint gunna last i wont get em. the pegs ive got now(heavy steel ones) spark a bit when i grind concrete will the animal ones spark? me and my mates made a bmx video and grinds at night look cool when the pegs spark.

the firestarters held up fine for me, and still are.. I do more stall stuff than grinds.. but still. I wouldnt have paid for them though, they were a gift. dont worry about sparking.. and the animal pegs are nice.

Yes, they'll spark if you hit them hard enough or grind fast enough on a rough surface. Hell, I could probably make my pedals spark if I grind fast enough on a 'crete ledge.

the shadow ti pegs are 9 oz, and they've held up for me. i grind alot, i mean ALOT.
