There's a ton of quality frames out there with 21" top tubes. Try Terrible One, FBM, S&M, Fit, Mutiny, Solid, and Standard for starters.

edit: And since you're 6'4", you might want to check out the Brickhouse frame; it comes in 21.5".

Check www.danscomp.com and www.ebay.com for frames and complete bikes.

They are definitely available - and all over the place!

S&M black bike is nice but pricey,danscomp has a sell on premium frames I think they come in 21.

id stick with a 21" hes not that tall. im 5' 11" and i ride a 20.75" db classic. i getting a pw moto in a month though.

problems are * i'm russian * i live in russia * i live not in moscow or st.petersburg :( * i can't spend more than 400-450$ for bike, i'm a beginner, have no need in best one...
i'm searching for online-shop or justa usual shop that will agree to work with russian client. also i think that transporting will cost much for me

how do you think... buying bike parts or buying complete bike would be cheaper?
maybe i'd better order a frame from abroad (for example flybikes pantera or other one) and buy other parts in local shops ??

my bad dans sucks! albes has the premium cheaper. I think $169 or $189
