I celebrated my birthday yesterday by riding in the Springfield Illinois Tour de Cure. Finished in 7:15 with 102.5 miles. After driving home and spending a little bit thinking about the miles I got back on the bike and rode another 3.5 miles to make my total for the day 106, twice my age.
