We just got home with a beautiful Glenn Erickson pearl white and silver tandem. We were lucky enough to buy this from a very gracious couple who had it built for themselves. They did not ride it much after an injury forced them to quit riding for awhile. I have honestly never seem anything and I mean anything so well mantained and in pristine condition. Not one nick or scratch! We can't wait to start riding her. I will try to post pictures when I have sometime. Any advice is always welcome.

Great 1st tandem. The only problem is you won't have much chance to upgrade.

Congrats! Sounds beautiful. I'd like to see a picture.

I also found a used tandem in good shape. After a couple hundred miles, I noticed rub marks on my head tube where the cables rubbed the paint off. I wished that I had put a clear sticker on the sides earlier. I guess rub marks on your white paint wouldn't be as noticable as on my navy blue paint, but you may want to get some clear protective film soon anyway.

Enjoy!

Thanks wheelspeed for the advice. I'm lucky I guess, it already has the clear protective coatings on it. I will try to post some pics if I can figure how, I've never done it before.
