I can't really describe what's happening but every time I skidstop or go up hill, the crank slips. It goes loose and really trips me out when I'm trying to go up hill or skid stopping. I dont know if it's my rear cog or my cranks but I want to fix it before I end up in a messy accident.

tighten your cog/lockring
This
Check your cranks
Run a front brake so you don't have to skid so often.

Your crank arms - even if they are loose - won't give the feeling of "slipping". As suggested, tighten your cog/lockring.

They can if they are rounding out, can't they? My old set did.
