I contacted them and was ready to sign up
I told them i had a cpap (sleep apnea /medical) machine and asked if they would be willing to carry it separate from the luggage truck
and they said no one had ever asked before i told them shuttle guy /tri state and wisc nothwoods had no problem handling they basically told me that i should take my business elsewhere

That's too bad. This is my first time doing this ride so can't comment too much on how it is run/operated. I do know it is a smaller ride so maybe that is part of it. Next year I plan on doing the Bike Across Kansas ride also, so maybe look at that one as well.
