I'm having a problem with shifting. It will take a minute or two when I shift from 3-4 or sometimes it won't shift at all & I have to jump to 5. Not sure what's going on?

Looks like the cable is getting stuck somewhere, hope you know how to pull and stretch the cable, then attach it back to the RD and set that RD again. Or the cable needs to be replaced, either way the fix is basically the same. Hope you know how to do this, if not take it to the lbs.
