Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Weight Watchers Online....might be it for me.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Ok maybe a little early on to tell, but after having no luck on my own, I signed up for weight watchers online. I think this time it might do the trick for me.
The key was also getting a new phone that lets me access via an android app...so I can always enter my data.
I will post in a few weeks with initial results.

A friend of mine just lost 80 pounds on Weight Watchers. It seemed to be perfect for him. Good luck to you!

I have been on it since December. I'm down around 40lbs. I am on their Monthly Pass which gives me access to weigh in as well as the online tools. For me, the accountability of the weigh in at the meetings is what has kept me on track instead of just having the online tools.
It is a great program though. Good luck!

Been on it since mid-March and down 20+ pounds. I'm just kicking myself for not doing it a long time ago.
I've been on WW for a year and 5 weeks, and I've lost about 75 pounds. I track online, and the recipe functions (and their recipes) are great, but I would still look for a meeting in your area. Try a few, if you can, until you get one with a decent leader, and go regularly. Attendance helps immensely, IMO.

I created a weight watchers thread a few weeks ago, search for it.
I also recommend going to an actual meeting, if you can.
