I'm looking for suggestions for a hitch mounted bike rack for a 2000 Honda CR-V.
I know there are a couple spare tire mounted racks but the ones I have seen only hold two bikes. I want to be able to carry up to 4 bikes on the rack.
The CR-V has a couple design issues that might limit racks I can use.
1) the spare tire mounts on the back, so I'm not sure how this will affect a hitch mounted bike rack.
2), the tailgate opens in two pieces, the glass upper section pops up like a hatchback, but the lower door section swings open from left to right, so I am guessing some sort of swing away, or tilt down design would be best.
Anyone have suggestions on models to consider?
