Not to take business away from Lloyd's or JR at Velocals, but...if you want another option there's a new kid in town over in the Olde Blighty:

Website is very clean and user-friendly, and the quality of the decal graphics on-screen looks very good, too.
Prices are only in GBP, but he accepts all the usual payment options (including PayPal) and ships everywhere.

I'd assume they are on the same material (thin PS vinyl film) that the other decal makers use (like Greg Softley and the other two mentioned) and probably printed on the same machine using those inks, so the long-term durability should be the same as the others.
Greg particularly notes that his vinyl film decals are clear-coat friendly, and I reckon that doing that affords them the best protection from scratching and (if it's a UV formula clear) more protection from sunlight fading (though most of those inks are pretty good in that regard, anyway).
Hm.....to bad he doesn't do Dawes decals. Or, atleast, he doesn't list them. I've only seen one maker doing them on ebay, but nothing for 70's era decals. They're all newer. :/

Alright - Another guy in our corner...
I was pleased to see they have Fothergill decals, not that I need them! Then I noticed something rather odd....

They give the address as "Liverpool 7"
Other Fothergill decals I've seen give the address as "Liverpool 8."

Maybe Fothergill's shop moved or the postal code changed as Liverpool expanded (population, anyway)...somebody in Merseyside should know.

Yup, that's what I figured. Some may find this interesting; most will not. Those who are deeply troubled probably have more pressing issues.

Could also be to avoid possible copyright issues, change it just enough to get away with it.

That little change won't do it.
