Does it matter? do we really care? or is it like cutting wieght in nascar,or altering your wind profile? I know this has been beat to death ,but...If they tested him then and he was clean,why all the hub-bub now? and why is the US gov sticking there nose into something that happined long ago in anotyher country and didnt have any gov realavance even then? sounds like a waste of $$$. just a mind that needs examining,wondering...
