Does anyone know is te cannondale sh400 is good? I beleive there from 1989, 1990, and 1991. I also know that they have aluminume bodies with suntour hardware. Thanks.

It was the least expensive bicycle in the Cannondale line. My current main ride, a '98 H300 shares that distinction. :)
They didn't make junk. Handmade in the USA! Probably sold for between $300 and $400.

How much would one be valued at that was kept inside all this time and barrel road, had a tune up a couple years ago and had the tires replace at that time also, then never used after that?

Perhaps half of the original list price, as is typical for used sporting equipment in good to very good condition. It's a very old bike, so maybe less. Does it have plastic brake levers? What paint scheme? Are you selling or buying?

I may be buying, is is the white frame with cannondale written in blue and blue like splatter marks on the
frame, I'm not sure much about the brake levers, I thinking of maybe useing it to make a fixie because of the aluminume frame and the tires not being completely street. But I don't know.
